Elite Employment Terms:
The contractor shall perform labor and refractory work as directed by Elite Industrial and Refractory. This may include, but is not limited to, the installation, repair, maintenance, and fabrication of refractory materials. Compensation will be made subject to satisfactory completion of work as determined by Elite Industrial and Refractory. Elite Industrial and Refractory will provide specific safety equipment and materials as required by law and company policy.
Safety: The employee agrees to adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and regulations established by Elite Industrial and Refractory, including the proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to safe work practices.
Confidentiality: The employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, trade secrets, or sensitive data belonging to Elite Industrial and Refractory, both during and after the term of employment.
Compliance with Laws: The employee agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and safety standards while performing duties for Elite Industrial and Refractory.
Termination: Either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, the employee agrees to return any company property in their possession.
